Ginger is known for its amazing healing properties and pain relieving ingredients. Today, over a billion people use ginger as a medicine. The fact that it is so easily available makes it even more usable. Ginger is an effective natural remedy for muscle pain. Recipe
Arthritis: Have 1-2 tsp of grated ginger every day.
Backache: Prepare a paste made of ginger powder and water and apply to the affected area. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash the area and massage with some eucalyptus (nilgiri) oil.
Fever: Take 5 grams of crushed raisins and 5 grams of ginger powder. Boil these in 200 ml of water till the solution is reduced to 1/4th. Strain and drink.
Headache: Take a bowl of hot water and put 2-3 tsp of fresh grated ginger. Lower your face over the bowl and inhale the steam.
Joint pain: Mix equal quantity of turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and dry ginger / sonth powder. Have 1 tsp of this mixture in the morning and 1 tsp in the evening along with a cup of lukewarm water.
