Recipe
Cough: Take 1 tsp of ginger juice with 1\2 tsp of honey and 4-5 basil leaves. Or
Boil 1 cup milk with 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp ginger powder and drink before going to bed. This will relieve the cough due to pharyngitis or laryngitis. Or
Take a small piece of raw ginger and keeps it in the mouth. This eventually takes out the cough from the body.
Cold: Take 1 tsp of ginger juice along with 1\2 tsp honey and 1 tsp of basil leaves powder. This remedy is especially useful for curing cough.
Flu: Take 1 gram of basil leaves and boil with ½ tsp of grated ginger in half a liter of water (17 fl oz) till half the water is left. Filter the liquid and have this as tea for immediate relief.
