19-50 years require 1,000 mg/day

Ingredients:

100 grams of lemon skin powder

5 grams of black salt (kala namak)

5 grams of cumin powder

2.5 grams of black pepper

5 grams of sugar

Method: Mix all the above ingredients together. Have 1 tsp of this mixture every day. One tsp of the mixture is equal to one calcium tablet.

All of the above ingredients are rich in calcium and work great when mixed together.
