Most of us start our mornings with a hot cup of tea, coffee, normal water or breakfast in order to feel refreshed and energized. However, it is not a healthy practice as compared to what having warm water empty stomach is.


Some people who have adopted the practice of having warm water instead of normal water even during the day time have experienced incredible difference in their lifestyle towards leading a healthier life. It also been noticed by some people that consumption of warm water brings positivity and enthusiasm in life. In case you can’t make it possible to have warm water throughout the day, having it empty stomach in the morning is also enough to do all the magic.


However one should avoid having water immediately after meals. Having water 1 hour before and after any meal leads to improved digestion and prevents the formation of gases and acids. Warm water is also advisable for people suffering from cough and cold, migraine, sinus, and asthma.
